Having graduated with Honors from the University of Zimbabwe in August 2022, Eddie holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Human Resources Management. He pursued an internship with AON Human Capital Solutions Middle East, where he gained valuable experience in Benchmarking, Compensation surveys, Allowances & Benefits, Market Practice Studies, Salary Increase, and Turnover Studies, as well as Job levelling. Eddie worked with firms in various sectors, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and pharma. Notably, he independently conducted an Allowances & Benefits benchmarking for a firm in the bulge bracket.

 

In 2023, Eddie joined Willis Towers Watson Middle East and became a valuable member of the Rewards Data Intelligence team. Beyond his professional endeavours, Eddie is an avid football player and holds a deep passion for the game. His love for football has instilled in him the values of teamwork, discipline, and determination.
