Born in London, UK, Mr. Phillip Taylor had early aspirations of being a professional classical singer, which led him to perform with the London Philharmonic Orchestra at some of the most prestigious venues in and around the UK. He carried forth his passion for music to discover new musical talent and, in turn, supported the careers of many.

 In parallel, Phillip has dedicated much time and energy into mentoring junior members of staff throughout his career. This can also be seen in his interactions with friends and colleagues outside of the work environment and is a trusted advisor in professional and social circles alike.

Phillip has worked with many educational institutions and has provided young adults with the skills and advice needed to navigate the work environment. He is most proud of how some of the young adults who have faced the biggest challenges have gone on to succeed with his support and guidance.

 In his personal life, Phillip follows an array of sports with his main interests in Formula 1, golf, and NFL. Outside of work, and in his spare time, Phillip is happiest when he is spending time either on the golf course or taking his dogs for walks in the mountains
